Festive Fun at Lexington Pointe Senior Living
Back in March, Garden Cove residents at Lexington Pointe Senior Living enjoyed fun and festive St. Patrick’s Day activities. ? Residents played St. Patrick’s Day bingo, using Lucky Charms cereal to cover the boards. And some residents got crafty with construction paper, making leprechaun hats (some with beards!) to wear while others donned stylish shamrock fedoras and funky glasses. Lexington Pointe Senior Living had a lot of fun on Halloween, which was highlighted by a pre-school/staff costume parade. Kermit visited our Sesame Street neighborhood. The staff dressed as characters from the show, and we took the preschoolers to visit some of our Garden Cove residents. Chef Josh also made special Sesame Street cupcakes for all the kids. Yum! ? Our National Night Out celebration was one for the books here at Lexington Pointe Senior Living! Community members in attendance were served a hot dog basket, root beer floats, and beer and wine. We also had a “smooch the pooch” kissing booth to enjoy some affection from an adorable puppy. Many attendees wore red, white, and blue in honor of our “Backyard Olympics” competition.
